Every roof is thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, organic growth, chalking and deteriorating coatings, creating the clean surface required for maximum coating adhesion.

Long-run iron roofs are inspected for rust, corrosion and deteriorated fastenings, while concrete tile roofs are checked for damaged tiles, displaced tiles, deteriorated ridges and pointing.

The necessary roof repairs are completed before the coating system begins.

3. Protect

Professional application means protecting more than just your roof.

Windows, walls and surrounding surfaces are carefully masked and protected before spraying, with close attention to overspray control and a clean finished result.

4. Prime & Seal

The right foundation is what makes the finish last.

We don’t use a one-system-fits-all approach. The correct primer, sealer and base coat is selected for the roof material and its existing condition.
